What past clients said.

I hired Leonis and their team to do a double storey side extension in Surbiton, and they did an amazing job. The finished extension looks great and has given us so much more space. The team was easy to work with, and they communicated with us every step of the way. They finished the project on time, and the workmanship was top-notch. I'm really happy with how everything turned out, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do a building project.

I recently had an L-shaped rear dormer installed by Leonis the builder and I'm thrilled with the results! The entire process was smooth and efficient, from the initial consultation to the final touches. Leonis was professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and providing helpful suggestions along the way. The work was completed on time and within budget, and the end result is exactly what I was hoping for. The additional space has made a huge difference to my home, and I would highly recommend Leonis to anyone looking for a builder

Leo and the team have completed a double storey extension project, which involved adding two new levels to an existing building. The project included the construction of additional rooms and living spaces, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The team also installed new plumbing and electrical systems, as well as windows and doors. Throughout the project, Leo and the team ensured that all work was completed to a high standard and in compliance with building regulations. The end result is a spacious and functional extension that seamlessly blends with the original building

I was extremely happy with [Leo’s former team]'s work on my loft conversion in Waltham Forest. Leonis and his team were professional, communicative, and delivered high-quality work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.

Their team was professional, efficient, and delivered excellent results with great attention to detail. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and skilled builders, and I plan on recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you for a job well done!

Leonis and [Leo’s former team] recently completed a renovation project for my home, and I am very pleased with their professional, skilled, and attentive service. They understood my vision, kept me informed, provided high-quality work, and were respectful of my home. I highly recommend them for any home renovation project.

[Leo’s former team] carried out loft conversion and new roof fitting at our property. I am very impressed by their professionalism and work ethics. They have done immaculate job with our loft conversion. We are happy with the outcome of the job. Leonis and his team made sure to clean the property every day after work. They also kept neighbors happy by not making too much unnecessary noise. I would happily recommend them for loft conversion jobs.

We are extremely pleased with [Leo’s former team]. When we initially asked for quotes on our schedule of works [Leo’s former team] were competitive in the pricing and also gave the shortest time frame to complete the works. We were nervous as this was our first real project. However, Leo and his team made sure everything was kept to budget and kept to the time frame. The team work extremely hard to make sure things are done well. Any problems were explained and Leo explained solutions that were either money saving or better aesthetically. They worked well with other contractors. I recommend them highly.

Leonis and his team have not done their job properly/not completed what you have paid for, WC -still has wall paper, flooring -bumpy- not done properly, Cabinets, locks not fitted. They didn't clean the property - window plastic, radiators, paint/dust most of the places.Left the house in a complete mess also left their rubbish. Besides that his guys broke the boiler and control panel. It was working fine when you entered into my house. I have a full gas engineer report inspected before they enter into the property. New boiler cost me ~£2700 . I need full compensation to rectify these issues.

Clean paint work, work done efficiently and on time. Any changes to scope was accommodated. Will always use [Leo’s former team] again.

Very happy with Leo and his team, They’ve changed my house from a old one to a modern house with swimming pool, new extension and loft conversion. Definitely will use them again and highly recommended.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Very reliable. Work was done on time and to a high standard. Leonis and his team have done lots of work for us in the past and we would always go back as first choice in the future.

Leo and his team were great from start to finish. Really professional, they always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. The quality of work is great and compared to some of the silly quotes we received from other builders for the same work, the work was affordable without compromising on the standard that we wanted. Have already recommended to friends.

Leonis and his team were punctual and completed the job swiftly and on budget. The room looks great and thefinish is great quality.

The best builders I've ever used. Fast, efficient and professional. Washed floors, vacuumed and tied up at the end of each day. As problems arose ( due to my poor measuring) they just provided solutions and got on with it.

Leonis and his team were polite, punctual and hardworking. They gave good advice and provided a very efficient service. I am impressed with the overall quality of work and in particular the attention given to detail. The team are friendly but professional. I will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to others.

A quick filter change and the pressure was back. It was a extremely efficient service with a component professional. Highly recommended. THANKS LEO!!!!!!!!??

I have used the [Leo’s former team] several times for both interior and exterior jobs and, again, I am very pleased with the result. They are efficient, timely and hard-working.

We had 2 projects with those guys, they really love what they do, very knowledgeable people and easy to deal with them, efficient, clean and professional jobs. Thanks for coming.

All the necessary work was executed within the agreed time frame and budget with no compromise on quality. Very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism shown by Leonie and his boys. Happy to recommend to anyone who is looking to undertake any big or small work in their home.

The work was done really well, the whole process communicated clearly, and the team were great. Worked through with no issues and minimal complications. The work was a high standard, but more importantly, I really trusted the team which I think is important.

Excellent quality of work. Punctual and hard working. Tidied up after themselves daily despite me not staying there during the process. Very happy. Highly recommend [Leo’s former team].

We have worked with Leonis a few times now and have found him and the his team to be professional, reliable, polite and friendly. On this occasion they created a beautiful garden area for us. We will always go back to Leonis in the future as and when we need work done.

They were incredibly responsive when making enquiries and were able to fit in my work into their schedule quickly, even coming on the weekend. They were good at explaining the work needed, time it would take and amount of work. They also were very good about leaving the space clean and tidy before they left which I really appreciated. They did all the finishing touches, edging and painting and were able to fix all the little handyman jobs requested as well.

Excellent workmanship with attention to detail.Provided great advice when an issue arose.Very reliable, trustworthy and acts with exceptional integrity with respect to agreed terms.Great post project support when needed.Leo and his team are extremely polite, professional and helpful including out of scope work. The team are very skilled and also tidy up well after a job.
